This custom home and detached garage were built with MightyWall.com insulated concrete form walls and a SIPS roof system to provide an ultra-energy-efficient living space. The project demonstrates that these premium construction materials can be used for mainstream construction. The home is an infill project next to 80- plus-year-old homes and has inspired other home improvements in the neighborhood. The house was occupied within four and one-half months of breaking ground.
